EXECUTIVE RETREATS

Executive retreats ideally take place off site, for at least a full day. In advance of the retreat, all team members complete an assessment known as the PEP™ – Path Elements Profile. This dynamic, new assessment will enable people to not only understand themselves better; it will also enable the team to set aside the power struggles and to collaborate around a common purpose or mission.

Defining that vision is part of what happens on an executive retreat. We also work hard to align the resources and systems of the organization so that everyone gets on board. Our goal is to go beyond a feel-good experience to do the serious work that will enable executive teams to truly lead and use the assets of the organization.
